Sunways is thrilled to reload its business operation center in Germany after a 7-year hiatus.

Sunways, a German-originated inverter company dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and distributing string inverters for on-grid PV systems and energy storage systems, data communication solutions, and monitoring and management accessories, is proud to announce that it’s returning to Germany by opening new offices in its birthplace, Konstanze, and the German economic center, Munich. The Sunways GmbH operation center will play an important role in sales, service, marketing, storage, and cutting-edge technology development in EMEA regions. The German center now has employees: Jason Wang, the GM of EMEA based in China, and others who work for our German center will arrive at the post on the first day of 2022.

“We’ve seen significant growth in the scale and operation of our business over the past 2 years as we globally scale and expand into newer industry verticals beyond solar inverters. We’re thrilled to come back to Germany with the success of inverter business in other regions. It makes sense to relocate Sunways Europe operation center in Germany since our root was in here. And I’m pleased to welcome our European teams to join in Sunways, especially for the guys which were worked for old Sunways for many years,” said Kui Lee, VP of Sunways Sales & Marketing. "As an inverter company founded in Germany that has achieved great success in the European market in the past, Sunways' relocation of its Europe operation center to Germany will further strengthen Sunways' market position as a technologically advanced, trusted, and quality-reliable inverter and energy storage system company."

“I’m excited to see Sunways return to Germany with great achievements after a seven-year absence,” said Stefan Halmer. “I have been working for the old Sunways for over 10 years and I’m honored to be the person who has witnessed all the bad or good important moments of old Sunways. I’m surprised to see the new Sunways come back to the European market with great success in many regions. Sunways is strategically positioned to actualize energy connectivity through intelligent on-grid and energy storage systems, power loads monitoring devices and platforms.”

With this new operation center opening in Germany and many colleagues spread across many European countries, Sunways will be able to provide unparalleled services and support to our local customers while also better understanding their needs in order to develop products that perfectly meet customer demand in a timely manner.
